Crappy little stripe - aka fixed width layout... Not enough sidebar content to warrant wasting a column on a sidebar given what little space you've left for yourself to work with. Absurdly undersized fonts in a fixed metric in colors that do not contrast well enough to be anything more than a headache to read. Large sections of it look more like a rendering error than intentional design. Code-wise 33 validation errors in a tranny doctype means effort was put towards making it invalid as evidenced by all the effort wasted on those RDF embeds and other redundant/unneccessary markup bloating the page up to 21K of code when you don't even have 3k of content and a measly ten content images. (meaning by my formula there's no reason for that page to be more than 6k)
