How do you guys check quickly the ranking for a specific keyword when the site is not in let's say top 20 ? I suppose you don't list the search results manually, do you ? It would be quite time...

Many people still use search engines to type the url in, not the address bar. They're just used to do that or they don't want to change this 'habit' or maybe don't need to... :)
