There has been a bit of discussion here about webalizer sucking. (Search for webalizer). Can you download your raw logs? If so, check the file for 'googlebot' to see what pages its crawled.

If you're fine with it then cool. Another thing could be to build a redirect script that would also track the number of clicks.

My out.php script uses two databases and a .php file.

Create two databases:
urls (id,url)
LinkTracker (id,lid)

Db "urls" will list all your external links.

Db "LinkTracker" will be updated...
