I record the deposited amount and the deposit ref # in a P&L. At the end of the year, the accountant goes through and matches them up.
Are you talking about printing out your own invoice here BlueCat? I had wondered what you would do if the tax man came asking for evidence too...
Exactly that R2D2 - Say December is $2000, I was thinking of creating an invoice to Google for that sum, dated the same date of the payment.
It would at least create a paper trail, but not sure if it is strictly required.
