Help Needed: Moving Site To New Server

I am a programmer and need assistance moving my website from my existing cpanel host to my PLESK host. Job entails moving all of my databases, and files to my new server, and then confirming that it all works. I also need this done in a very fast fashion.

I have had nothing but grief from everyone else who has attempted this job so dont volunteer if you dont know what you are dong. Payment is negotiable, payment will be made by PAYPAL.

If you think you can assist me please private message me, or post here your FEE for doing it and the timeline. Both are critical, and remember I dont want anybody who doesnt know servers. If I needed that I would do it :)
