I have a simple set up and it works out just fine, but I want to upgrade and get a modern radio for my car. I have talked to people that have HF rigs to simple 2metre handheld set ups. What are some practical features and what radio and frequency should one have in their car. I just don't see me doing CW on 40 metres bombing down the freeway! What would you include in a modern mobile radio for your car?
