Trying to have a twitter background but looks different in IE and Firefox

I'm on Windows 7 and using photoshop CS5. When I create the .jpg and put it up they look different. On IE, it looks almost perfect but the images on the right look a bit too far to the right. On Firefox, Everything just looks to big and most of the stuff cannot be seen.

What would be the solution for this?

As it is just an image, it should be fine with both - but I don't have windows 7. Do you want to share your twitter id to see the problem?

I've never seen or encountered this, can you provide your id pleasE?

i think.. you had some problem with internet browser.
