Does it matter?

Hi all,

Just wondering, I have a site,

website.com.au,

that actually redirects to website.com.au/shop

My question is when linking pages, how should I link to the hompage?

website.com.au
website.com.au/shop or
website.com.au/shop/default.asp

or it doesn't make a difference at all ?

the redirect could be hurting you severely.

You're using windows too.... With apache I'd tell you to make a symlink but with windows you can't do that.

I would like to website.com.au/shop/ But it'd definitely be to your benefit if you could remove the redirect intirely.
