How do add links to an affiliate laden site?

Greetings!

There are two issues grabbing my attention at this time: content and links.

I work on the content daily; although I need to do some writing of my own.

Linking challenges me because I avoid links that are meaningless, and the fact that echievements is basically an affiliate site limits options (perhaps?).

I am in the process of changing the site...there are too many affiliate links out...and therefore, plan to reduce the number drmatically and to define the recommendations more effectively.

However, what suggestions does anyone have on how to acquire meaningful links for a site of this nature? I want qualilty links, and of course, need to have a quality site.

Any thoughts/response is appreciated.

Not really sure what you're asking here. Why do you think you have too many affiliate links out? Are you worried about leaking PR or something?
