Selling Your Own Advertising Space

In the next few months I plan to start selling my own advertising space on one of my websites. I think it's a targetted enough category that I could be making a lot more than I currently am. I'm looking for any tips/guides to help me educate myself in this area.

One main thing I'd need is some reliable ad serving software so I can provide accurate ad impressions stats for my advertisers.

Another thing is contracts. Sameple contracts, or contract writing guides would be very helpful.
