I would get to grips with PHP first, to be perfectly honest I think you need a good grounding in web design first - you're not gonna build anything with Apache, you need a language like PHP or ASP.
Read a load of tutorials from here and sitepoint.com

I agree with r2d2. You're running before you can walk. Spend some time building some smaller sites first and read all the great tutorials that are out there. Otherwise you'll end up spending a lot of money getting other people to do stuff for you (programming).
