Review my website. Both the design and the content

Me and my friends had started a website regarding website monitoring service. I would like you to give feedback on the design and the content in our Website Monitoring Service

Nice and clean I like it.

I totally agree with Andy.

I think the upper areas could, however shrink a bit, so it could be some more information without scrolling. For instance, the big white space where the title is could have a small presentation text, informative but slogan-like. The black bar above could be thiner. The elements there don't justify such dignity.
