I was wondering the performance of the homepage of our website. I know there are URL channels in Adsense, but I could not figure out what to do to see revenue for homepage.
mydomain.com gives me the whole revenue
and mydomain.com/index.php doesn't seem to work (the figure I get doesn't make sense, it's too low since it's a website more than half of the people just visit the homepage.)
Any ideas?

They aren't URL channels, they're domain channels, you can't get URL level reporting with them.
You need to setup a custom channel to only use on your homepage to get that kind of reporting.

Hmmm...
But in channels tab in Adsense panel, it says:
Example URL channels
example.com track all pages across all subdomains
sports.example.com track only pages across the 'sports' subdomain
sports.example.com/widgets track all pages below a specific directory
sports.example.com/index.html track a specific page
So I assume it's possible to keep track of specific pages?

but not your homepage like you want because your homepage can be accessed in a variety of different ways that will not show accurate tracking, as you found.

Thank you Chris. I did what you suggested.
