You should start by validating the 153 HTML errors (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://www.lucknowmail.com/) and 25 CSS errors (http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=http://www.lucknowmail.com/&warning=1&profile=css2).
From there, putting all of your CSS and JavaScript into external files will help out since they won't have to be downloaded each time the page is accessed.
