Impact of sitewide 302

So thinking again about a CMS upgrade to allow a site to grow. Wondering about the SERPs impact of 1,000+ urls changing even if I manually 302 them all from old format to new.

I know it's not ideal, but has anyone any thoughts or experiences to share regardless of scale?

I've never done anything on that scale, but I would imagine it'd be close to a domain change in what it'll do to your site, it could also trigger a spam filter theoretically. I would be loathe to do it with any major money making site.

Current thinking is around leaving existing footprint intact, and creating all new content in the new CMS. Far from ideal and really ugly to run 2 codebases for a single site without good (feature based) reasons but current CMS is really inflexible.
