Junk Traffic Ad Revenue?

I have a site that has a php comment script running on it. I have left it there for several years and now some of the pages have hundreds or thousands of junk comments leaving a link or adding words and a link.

As a result google sends a lot of traffic to these pages and also robots visit. There are about 600 visits a day and about 50 gigs a month.

Is it possible for me to make money from this situation? If so, how should I do it?
