I am not seeing any difference in clickthrough rate, and my earnings are actually up (I'll give it a month before drawing any concrete conclusions.)

Yup, mine are down. Mostly just my literature site though.

My eCPMs are about as low as they've ever been, but my CTR is just as high as its been recently if not higher.
I only run 468x60s though, and since they do not show a click url, all of the text is clickable, so I would guess they would see the smallest dropoff compared to other formats.

I expected a drop but mine have stayed pretty much the same. Now I understand why: I'm using mostly 468x60's.

Interesting Russell, I didn't realize that 428's still had full clickable text... my sites that haven't dropped off in fact run 428s.
My CTR has stayed the same, but my ecpm has dropped considerably. My earnings are as low as they've been for a good few months.

Actually, looking at my ads now the ad text isn't clickable on the 468s, only the title. My CTR still hasn't really dropped though.
The place I read about the 468s was: http://www.jensense.com/archives/2007/11/changes_to_adse.html
