List of "low competition" keyword

If I were to spend money on using AdWords to drive traffic to products in which I get affiliate commision. What products should I choose to promote? I figure I want to minimize my cost in AdWords, so I want to bid on keywords that have "low competition". But I need keywords that at least there are people that are searching on in Google.

For example, I don't want to promote laptops, because advertiser competition is too high. And I don't want to promote "ceramic birds" because no one searches for that.

Hence, where can I find a list of "search keywords" with "low advertiser competition" but medium (not low) "search volume"?

I have never tried this before, so is my reasoning sound?

What you're looking for does not exist.

Your problem is the primary job function of PPC specialists, there is no list to bypass this function.

If someone did publish such a list, it'd immediate be invalid because all the new people discovered the keywords would generate competition.

So, you need to be creative, experiment, and think up your own keywords if you want to find the hiddem gems with low competition.
