Newbie help please

Hi All, I am new to this forum, so be kind.:)

I have made a flyer in Publisher 2003 and want to send it to a friend who does not have Publisher 2003.
How can I send the file so they can get a good print from it?

Or save it as an "Old Type" in the Safe-As option...
