Custom WP theme

looking for a custom wp theme. wanna have rights to these templates. i'm a web designer but don't know how to develop strictly in css.

can someone recommend me going somewhere to find some custom wp themes?

You can email all the WP professionals that are signed up to the WP pro mailing list and hire someone to make a custom theme.
