Google Page Creator (http://pages.google.com/-/about.html) is Google's beta online webpage editor. I've not used it though.

First time I've heard of it, it's in Beta though...

It's been in beta for over a year now, like a lot of their stuff.

I tried it back when it was first introduced, but I'd never find a use for it. I'd rather code pages myself, but for a novice it could be useful. It does produce tableless layouts, and they have quite a few pre-made layouts.

The part I think has real potential is that page creator is included as part of their Google Apps suiite. I think the apps have lots of potential for a small business to move most of their office activity online (Wordprocessing, spreadsheets, web pages, etc.)

All the apps seem reasonably easy to use and powerful enough to do what most people need. However, to make them work under your own domain name you have to get in and mess with the CNAME & MX records, which I find to be a very non-trivial exercise :(

I hope to test them soon, but so far have only played around the edges.
