You are allowed to use your adsense account on as many sites as you like as long as it follows the adsense terms of service.

It is more than fine, it is actually a must. You can only have one Adsense account and if you have more than one website then you must use it for your other websites aswell as long as they are not breaking the TOS.

Like everybody has said, make sure the sites all follow the TOS. If you are questioning if it will then e-mail them. I did once and they responded within 24 hours.

My adsense ad lists on 4 websites.

That's OK, as long as you follow the AdSense TOS. Google will contact you if they don't want to serve ads on particular site.
