If I do not have a static IP at home, how do I go about filtering out traffic so that it does not register myself as a pageview/visit when I visit the site? Is there a way?

Possibly with cookies, I know many tracking suites offer cookie based exclusion, I'm not sure about analytics.
However... usually 1 unique person isn't enough to skew things unless your traffic is really small (and if it is really small, whats the big deal to begin with?) So its not something I worry about.

Yeah, true on both accounts. I never really stepped back and though about it. I just wanted to make the stats as true as possible. But it is just me, therefore one unique, and I don't have much traffic, so as you said, it's not a big deal. lol
Thanks :)
