Outlook on load error Every Time!

Every time I load Outlook it appears with a message:

The data file 'Personal Folders' was not closed properly.
This file is being checked for errors.
Progress Bar.
6 Minutes Remaining.

Any idea how to fix/stop this?

Have you tried simply deleting your personal folders?

Not sure if you want to do that or not? A lot of people have the personal folders set up but don't even use it, so if that's the case with you, you could simply delete. If you do use it, deleting may not be the best option as you'll lose everything contained within it. If you need the personal folder file and cannot delete, you could try to repair it (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA010563001033.aspx).

To check the path of where your personal folders are stored, go to File > Data File Management. From there you'll see the path where they are stored on your hard drive. Just navigate there and delete. I'd guess that would fix it.
