how can I improve my layout?

Hi,

I created a website and I really struggled with the layout. I know the design is not amazing but it is the first one I have created.

What I found most difficult is when the website is viewed on a higher resolution that what I created it in, it seems to be moving to the left instead of the middle of the page. Do you know how to correct this?
Also how i can improve the layout to be more accessible?
