0.10CPM for Adbrite - too low?

I have got 500 adverts to approve on Adbrite.

Most of them are 3rd party banners and are offering a max 0.10CPM.

That sounds pretty crap? Should I not approve?

If there are ones that are in the list that will pay more then just approve them ones I would guess and then see how things go.
