Setting up Adbrite ads

After much going back and forth I have added Adbrite to my site. I set the ads to display if they could beat $0.40CPM - am I making that too high? So far I haven't had too many impressions from them and very little payout.

Im also going to ad Azoogle affiliate ads. But they dont rotate the ads like the networks do. Is there a way to rotate Azoogle ads with Adbrite ones, so people arent always seeing the same azoogle ads?

Adbrite has really low rates, I wouldn't expect to earn much at all unless an advertiser targets your site specifically.

Thanks for that Chris - would you suggest I lose Adbrite altogether?

So far they aren't doing much, but I thought maybe its worth keeping them to test. Surely its not bad keeping them on a low impression base by insisting they provide more than $0.40CPM? And then waiting to see if anything picks up over a month. Or am I jeprodising my relationship with my standard advertiser?
