How do you change the timezone your adwords account is in OR how do you track ROI when the ad account and affiliate account are in different zones?

ie: 100 visits sent 10pm PST vs. 100 visits received 1AM EST and tracked backwards like that...

Actually, I just checked my Adwords account and in account settings there is a Timezone setting, but it doesn't seem to be editable, so perhaps its something you set when you sign up.

I'm comparing my signups vs. visits but with the overlap it's near impossible to be accurate.

Well it depends what you're tracking but in most cases the differences shouldn't be significant since both still cover a 24 hour period. What exactly are you tracking, adwords clicks to affiliate signups?
