Not a biggy - but the other day I was making a comment on Shaun's Discovering Niches (http://www.websitepublisher.net/blog/2007/01/16/discovering-niches/) article and entered the captcha code incorrectly... when I clicked back my comment had been wiped.

Not sure if this is fixable, or if you want to fix it - but it was annoying as it was quite a sizable comment.

What browser do you have? It works fine for me.

As a side note, I think that functionality could be made better if it detected when a user is logged in to the forum and then presents no name, email, and captcha fields. I believe sitepoint has something like this.

Firefox 2.0.0.1 on Mac OSX - maybe its platform dependent then

Just tried it in firefox (on mac also) and yeah, it does happen there. Maybe it's because of the no-cache, must-revalidate header?

"Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, post-check=0, pre-check=0"

This usually happens to me when my temporary internet files get full.

This just seems to happen all the time with Firefox on the mac - cache, history and temp folders all cleared... must be a Firefox error
