I see these proxy sites for sale everywhere on different forums. They all claim to have almost immediate adsense earnings. What I don't get about this is:
I thought you had to have content on a site to display google ads - I mean these proxy sites I see a one page with nothing on it except a link, the name and all kinds of google ads.
And second, how would these be quality ads anyway - I mean these are usually kids at school using these sites and how could they possibly be considered targeted traffic and be of any use to the advertiser. In fact what kind of ads would even benefit from these sites.
