I'm looking to sell my site

but I have no idea how much to charge? It's been online sence 1999 and has some of the best search engine rankings...number 1 in many relevant searches. It generates a faily good amount of money from google and indexed by google (i'm thinking it was 45,000 times) I was hoping to attract someone that knows the industry and wants the domain name and the tons of related content and the only site of it's kind...but I have no idea what to ask for? I was thinking in the 100 grand range?

If anyone knows anything about this and could help out, it would be appreciated. I'm looking for guide lines I can try to go off of?
