Im not a great writer at all and my grammar and knowledge is horrible. Is there a service or type of person that handles these type of matters. I notice alot of the big sites have some really well written stuff.

There are a couple sites that sell ready-made documents such as those. Try searching for "legal forms" and the type of form you need.
