with new sites is there anything u can do to get spidered faster ?

I notice my car photos site after changed host manage to change my listing and respider in about 24 hours after i uploaded it with around 2 weeks of downtime...would providing links to my new sites help spider my new sites faster ?

Yes. Link to your new sites from your other sites.

The more links to your new sites, the better chance the crawler has of finding them. You should also submit the URL's to google daily. I've found that's the best way of getting them crawled fast.

Yeah, I got on of my new sites spidered within 2 days of putting it online.

Ussually, you can get the main page of it spidered within a day.

Do as much or as little as you want. It's all automatic, so probably the more the better.

Google will usually crawl a site within 2 days of it being submitted, and it will list it temporarily for about 2 days. So if you submit a new site every other day you can usually keep it listed until Google lists it permanently.

Is a temporarily listing usually similar to a permanent one? So will it indicate where your likely to be ranked?

I asked a similar question a while a go. I found that my site only really increased in its ranking when it got properly listed. Though, this may not always be the case.
