what do i actually do at those sites and how do i use them to generate positive promotions, sorry for the basic questions jsut never used any of them before. Once you tag your site in delicious for example then what? is that it

Bookmark-Manager.com (http://www.bookmark-manager.com/) is a nice Groupware Organizer. You can also use it with your own Adsense Code.
