1. Get rid of all the spam link exchanges.
2. Get rid of frames

Frames = bad, 99% of the time. This time is not the exception.... bad.
Text is center aligned, small, italic (and bold?) and hard to read.... bad.
links are the same color as the text.... bad.
Link exchange stuff just looks like spam.... bad.
Seemingly no rhyme or reason to image alignment... bad.

I didn't see the first one, but this one still needs alot of work. The text is all tiny and italicized, dark blue text on a black background. It was a terrible experience to try to read any of your content.

Because it required too much effort to read your text, the lists of links at the ends of the sections seemed to have absolutely no context at all. While I could read the link labels a little better than your content, you gave me no incentive to click on them. If you want me to click on one of those links, tell me what I'm going to find there. If you don't want me to click on one of your links, leave them exactly like they are.

Your list of link partners at the end of the page is just URLs. Once again, if you want me to click on those links, tell me what they are. Unlike the links at the ends of your content sections(which were just kind of amateurish), the links at the end of the page are spammy.

I'm trying not to be too harsh, because honestly I probably wouldn't have done any better for my first effort. Purely from a consumer's point of view I wouldn't spend more than about five seconds deciding your page wasn't worth the effort, and then I'd move on.

Wow... Thanks and your right. It needs help and so do I. The only reason I kept the link junk at the bottom of page is to have the word Grand Canyon a bunch of times on page. I need to be more creative. Period. Keep checking back for progress and Thanks for all feedback...I can take it. http://www.grand-canyon-state.com/
