I think they're too close together. You have a large rectangle, a 468, and a wide skyscraper all adjacent. They'd do better spread out there they don't steal attention from each other. I would consider two large rectangles, one where it is now, and one further down the page in the same column. Then perhaps a really small cube ad in your right column towards the top.
