Hello, I'm new here.

I have a site about flash games www.xater.com the site is new (2 weeks) I'd like to know how to make it appear on google. I have exchanged links with 2 other sites I have. Those are located in the same server with PR 5 and 4. But looks that is not enough to get listed at G. I'm trying to exchange links with many related game sites but I still cannot offer traffic nor PR and I understand they don't want to exchange.

I have submitted the site at dmoz but you know.. that will take months.

Should I wait longer for google inclusion? Any more tips?

Thanks in advanced.

Hello

Well the first thing I have to say is it looks alot like Zach's site: http://www.good-tutorials.com/

But yes Google will find and index the site all on it's own if you create good original content.

It only takes a few seconds to type your top level url into Google, MSN, and yahoo. Still, none of the SEs guarantee inclusion, but it may help you get indexed quicker than waiting for them to follow your backlinks.

It always takes a certain times for new sites to appear in Google listing. While this is only speculation, Google algo's contains filters that move new sites to a "Sandbox", where Google weed out deceiptful sites (Spam, doorways..)

In my opinion, your site has to prove its worth before getting out of the sandbox. How? By developing quality user-content and relevant backlinks.

Here is a good article to get familiar with this theory: http://www.seomoz.org/articles/sandbox-solutions.php
