Nah, just asking because I think last year there was this guy going around buying a lot of domains, he was paying very well (too much if you ask me) thought there was an off chance is was the same guy.

i wouldnt pay that for that domain but then again I dont want it. If you want it you will pay quite abit more then somebody like myself who does not.

Sounds like a good deal to me.

As for whether or not it is worth it, for the buyer, it all depends on what his/her plans are .. it could be worth twice that amount to someone else, whereas it isn't work $1 to me.
