tracking where click traffic is coming from?

So I have a product and I have money to buy advertising, such as keyword ads. Now what are some scripts that can track clicks on things like private text link purchases and try to track a conversion rate?

i think google analytics mite do that but im not sure at all

Yeah, anaylitics does, but you need to change urls so that you can track when they are clicked.
