Jus found this website, letting you guys know i dont get the impressions needed to quality yet but it looks pretty cool, you put your mouse over highlighted words and it pops up a small advertisement over it.

Except it is not very intelligent. It cannot target keywords related to your audience.
For instance pretend I was talking about search engine optimization for a car site. The topic is search engine optimization, but it would link the word "car" instead. So you're betting that someone reading about search engine optimization needs a new car. (you get bad CTRs).

What chris said is true but according to the sales rep they pay per view not click and the cpm is very high.

Yeah I cant say i never did go ahead with them... since my sites are hobby sites and i dont sweat the $. But when their sales rep contacted me it was a $5cpm. Just wanted to throw that in ... no idea if its truly correct :)

Well in one day I gave them like 250,000 impressions and I earned a few pennies. Plus all the off topic links made my site look spammy.

yeah the links looking spammy is the reason i leaned away from using them.

They look disgusting (I'm talking about the ones that have a big ugly javascript popup and they are always unrelated words. Plus they have a double underline or a little picture after them to show that they are ads. You are way better off taking the time to build an auto link into the site and use affiliate URLs.
