Can I do this Auto fill?

I would like to have some radio buttons on my site with different options. I would like the person on the page to be able to choose his option, click the appropriate radio button and have it take him to another site with that button and option now also checked.

Does this make sense and can someone help.

Yes you can do this but it requires either server side or client side programming to do so. You cannot do it with straight HTML.
