What would you pay?

Hey Guys I'm looking to increase my Pagerank by paying for text links on other related already established websites. What would you pay for such links from a
PR7? PR6?

What if you were to have the link placed on the entire site say in the footer and the main page was a PR6? PR7?

Also,
I have a site that is currently PR5 and a site that is PR0 (just went live like one week ago). Currently I have a link in my footer on the PR5 to my PR0 site. If I do end up buying a text link on a high PR site, would it be more beneficial to direct it towards my PR0 site or my PR5 site?

It all depends on how much traffic the site/page gets and the topic the site/topic is on. If the site/page has little real traffic and/or is not related to the topic of my site, I'm not willing to spend as much on the link. The number of links on a page also matters.

It depends on which site you'd rather promote.

Well I'd definately rather promote the PR0 but I figured if I linked to the PR5 it would have an overall better benefit since the PR5 woudl likely increase in PR which would then also greatly increase the PR0.
