Has anyone with a forum been accepted to Casale. Just curious what are they looking for in terms of stats?

It is against there TOS to accept forums. You will not be accepted into any CPM network with a forum.

That's not entirely true.. This was recently discussed on SPF, look at this forum here.. Burst is on the forum - sprintusers.com/forum - And I'm pretty sure I saw a TF popup on one of his other forums. You'd have to check out his main site theforumfix.com to see the other ones for yourself.

do u mean they dont accept forum websites, or you cant place an ad of theirs on a forum that is part of your website

Many ad networks will accept a forum site under special circumstances (such as it being a reall good niche).
