Microsoft updated IE introducing new ActiveX controls activation. This affects all plug-ins available in IE as Adobe Reader, Apple QuickTime Player, Macromedia Flash, Microsoft Windows Media Player, Real Networks RealPlayer, Sun Java Virtual Machine and more.

The update changes how the browser handles Web programs known as ActiveX controls. The changes can impact how certain sites display. Microsoft recommends Web developers tweak their pages or consumers will have to make an extra click to get to some content, such as Macromedia Flash-based animations or media content.

I have had a few calls about this from clients that now see a "Click to run ActiveX" warnings on their websites. There is a java workaround to the issue, but some stats show that upwards of 10% of people have Java turned off. For web designers and publishers this could be a huge headache to go back through hundreds of websites to make changes to any .js (JavaScript) or .swf (Flash) files embedded into the page.

Just a heads up.
