After finding about the Chris and Sitepoint thing I have decided to join here. I really liked Chris' advice there. I am a newbie publisher that makes pennies a day. I hope I can be a value to the community. :)

From what I've seen of Chris' info if you pay attention you won't be making "pennys per day" much longer

Exactly, it doesn't matter what the politics were, if you want to make more than pennys per day, Chris is the one you should learn from. We might be giving Chris too much of an ego boost this week, but if you want to be successful at web publishing you need to learn from someone who has been wildly successful.

I can attest to that, when I first started it took me months to make a few dollars. Since joining this forum I've seen my income increase dramatically and its still going up.

I have been astonished at how few people seemed to appreciate the difference between being a website publisher and having a website development business. This was the only forum I had found that did. Maybe now it will get the attention it deserves.

Can you imagine how many articles which list all the ways to build forum traffic are in need of revision after this incident? :)

Listening to Chris talk about business is like listening to Harold Reynolds talk about baseball. He knows his stuff. :)

Welcome to the forums!

There is some great info in the articles sections here; like cutter, my income has only increased since I started stopping by WP.

Pennies a day is more then me. I really have to start focusing on capitalizing on my skills.

John you need to spend more time learning the tricks of the trade from Chris. You've obviously spent too much time playing with lo0ol and not enough time studying.
