ask.com dropping jeeves

Seems that jeeves is being dropped from the ask suite of sites.

Brief outline by clicking on the letter on his desk:

This won't mean anything to some, but at one time 'jeeves' could have been where 'google' is now.

Yeah, this was announced last year. It's a shame they're getting rid of their only real branding.

Its seems the only time they make any news is when its about jeeves

Yeah, Jeeves is probably the only thing that distinguishes them. Will be interesting to see if they come up with anything in the future though.
