Download Test - Help Me Out Please

I've been having problems downloading large files from my server, but my host says they aren't getting the same error.

Please try downloading test1.wmv and let me know if it downloads completely. Right click and save it. If it doesn't download completely, and you have time, please try downloading it again and let me know what happens. Post your results.

The full file when downloaded should be 56.2MB or 57,503KB

Downloaded completely... I'm on cable if that means anything.

On my first attempt it stopped at 9.43 MB. On my second attempt it downloaded the full 56.2 MB. Both attempts had average download speeds of around 500 KB/sec on my cable connection.

First attempt cut out after a few Kb, second cut out after 20Mb. Im in the UK on ADSL.
