Multiple Ad Units

Lets say i have only 2 areas where i am going to display banner ads on my site one skyscarper and one leader board. Does it bring more revenu to make the main network different on each ad or have the same 1st tier on each one.

Example my leaderboard i use casale then send defaults to fastclick or adsense and my skyscraper i use fast click and send defaults to casale or adsense

woudl this benefit me more then using lets say casale as my main provider for both ad spots, sorry if its a lil confusing but im confused on that aspect myself

I just use the one that pays me the most for the that particular type of ad unit.

If the ecpms are better in fastclick for a skyscraper unit then I would most probably use fastclick for the skyscraper unit. this is the same with other ads to.
