Search program

I'm looking for a program that gives you a search box to put on your site, then pays you every time someone searches. I know Adsense now has a search part of their program, but they don't pay whenever you actually search. I need something that doesn't require the user to click on the links from the search results. If you get all that :)

I've heard of the Lycos version, but does anyone know of anyone else? Anybody had any experience with anything like this?
