Is there some expert can tell me how to prevent someone deliberately attacks my website by fraud click my ads.

can i make some program to stop them do this?

Hi Victor. Youve asked this question or variants of it a few times now.
Here are some more sugestions:

If you suspect someone is clicking your ads you could block their IP address

You could take the ads off for a while and see if the fraudsters go away

You could ask Google to investigate? - Have they reinstated your account?

You should install fraud click monitoring tool. This is the nice tool. You should go through it. http://www.vericlix.com/. You can also install adwatcher. Another if you found any suspect, you should communicate with your PPC ads network.
And if you have made anything against TOS, you should write to them for confessing with honest reply at any time and make assure them to take measures against the happening. ;)

IMO, You can use Vericlix for monitor and audit PPC activity from Google adwords and adsense both. :)

maybe my question is a little stupid, i don't know how to use the VeriClix to check the fraus click.

they told me :

There are only two steps i will need to complete to begin monitoring my PPC campaigns:

1. Place at least one VeriClix tracking tag in the URL for the landing page in each of my PPC ads that you wish to track.
vcn = represents the PPC network that the ad is on
vcad = the ad being tracked
Examples:
http:\\www.yoursite.com?vcn=google
